The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notices and any or all Agreements: “Clients”,”You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “We” and “Us”, refer to our Company. “Party”, “Parties” or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration or payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Indonesian Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employee within the company on a need to know basis only use information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Indonesian Law has created specific offences for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

We are registered under the Undang-Undang Nomor 10 tahun 2009 for Tourism and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties.
However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records to keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

Tour Package Policy
Mentioned budget in tour package details are based on mentioned number of participants.
If there is more or less participants, We will adjust the budget depending on final number of
Price can be changed by OURTRIP1st anytime depends on the occasions terms, prior notice to
guests will be done in advanced.

Accomodation Policy
Client or Clients shall read the proposed tour package carefully that there will be no misunderstanding on the suggested accommodation choices. In some remoted area, accommodation choices may limited to small guesthouse which is owned by local people and operated to host guests without any hotel standard of procedure.
Therefore, any confirmation of accommodation choice is only dependable when Clien or Clients already confirmed the whole tour packages. Means any accommodation choices is under themselves of any expectations.

Payment Procedure
Down payment of confirmed tour services will be applied per passenger for 40% from total package rate. Payment has to be done maximum 20 days prior to arrival time.
Final payment of confirmed tour services will be applied per passenger for 60% from total package rate.
Payment has to be done maximum 5 days prior to arrival time.
Any payment received by tour company are non-refundable and cancellation policy will take over for the next cancellation procedure.
Payment overdue will require penalty for additional 50% charge from total confirmed package rate.
Any confirmed tour package with mentioned package rate must be paid in any costs (this term
applied for guests who doing last minute trip and didn’t finish the final payment yet , due to the
trip has been going). Any negotiating after the tour finished is non-negotiable

Cancellation Policy
In case of Cancellation before issuing or booking our services, no any administration fee will be charged.
For cancellation prior to 24 hours before arrival of confirmed tour services, penalty of 100% from total package rate will be charged per passenger.
For cancellation prior to 2 days before arrival of confirmed tour services, penalty of 80% from total package rate will be charged per passenger.
For cancellation prior to 5 days before arrival of confirmed tour services, penalty of 50% from total package rate will be charged per passenger.
Any cancelation or changed itinerary on last minute due to FORCE MAJEUR (i.e nature disasters, political issues, etc) are non-refundable; and Client or Clients shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or any loss.

Meal Requests
If you take tour package without meals included, may you be assisted to contact us for additional meals (i.e lunch and dinner), therefore we will adjust the tour package rate with additional meal costs.

This Terms and Conditions between the client and the company will fall under Indonesian Law and Jurisdication for the arrangement of the Travel and Accomodations.
